If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have three days to return your items from the day that you receive them and 24 hours from your date of receipt to address items that were damaged during shipping. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags still attached. If we feel the items are not in a saleable condition, we are at liberty to reject the returned items. The Color Of My Shades, will not issue refunds for shipping cost.

How to return:
-Ensure that your items are in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.
-Fill out the returns form that you received with your order and place it in your return parcel. 

The customer is responsible to return the original order, and you will need to drop it off at your local post office. Please retain a proof of postage receipt. We will not issue a cash refund, but a store credit once the merchandise has been received.
