Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 3 days to return your items from the day that you received them and 24 hours to contact us if your product was received damaged. All items must be returned in their original packaging with swing tags still attached. If we feel the items are not in a saleable condition, we are at liberty to reject the returned items. The Color Of My Shades, will not refund shipping fees the customers order.
How to return:
-Ensure that your items are in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.
-Fill out the returns form that you received with your order and place it in your return parcel.
You’re responsible to return the original order, and you will need to drop it off at your local post office. Please retain a proof of postage receipt. We will not issue a cash refund, but a store credit once the merchandise has been received.
If you have received a faulty item, please contact our customer service department, within three days, with your order number, a description of the issue and photographic evidence. Please do not return any faulty items unless advised to do so by customer service.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL: earrings, bracelets, and all headwear items.
